Waitlist terms

These terms cover the one service this website offers: the turtlie waitlist.

Who provides it

The waitlist is run by Filip Leśków, a private person in Poland who is building turtlie. Contact: contact@turtlie.com.

What the service is

You leave your email address and we write to you when your spot in early access to turtlie is ready. If you tick the optional box, we also send you turtlie news and offers. The service is free. Joining does not oblige you to use or buy anything, and it is not a promise of a date or of a place in early access.

What you need

A device with a current web browser, a connection to the internet and an email address of your own. You must be 16 or over.

How it starts and how it ends

You join by sending the form and confirming your address with the link we email you. You can leave at any time, without giving a reason: use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails or write to contact@turtlie.com. We may close the waitlist, and we remove addresses that were not confirmed within 30 days.

What is not allowed

Do not enter an email address that is not yours, and do not send unlawful content through the form or to our address.

Complaints

If something about the waitlist does not work as described, write to contact@turtlie.com and say what happened. We answer within 14 days.
